1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the unibet platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and unibet. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

These terms and conditions apply to adults only — the legal age in Bangladesh is 18 or older. By registering, you confirm that you are over 18 and a citizen or legal resident of Bangladesh. Any account registered on behalf of a minor will be immediately suspended, and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

Unibet reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For significant changes, we will notify you via your registered email or through the platform's notice section. The latest version of the Terms will always be available on this page.

2. Account Creation & Security

To create a valid account on unibet, you must provide accurate details including your real name, a valid email address, mobile number, and date of birth. Registering with false information is a direct violation of our Terms and may result in immediate account closure. As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, we may request a copy of your national ID or passport.

Each user may register one account only. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. It is your sole responsibility to keep your login credentials (email and password) confidential — sharing them with any third party is not permitted.

If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. Use a strong password and update it regularly to keep your account secure. unibet will never ask for your password by email or phone — treat any such communication as fraudulent.

Unibet reserves full discretion regarding account suspension or closure. If fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any other irregular behaviour is detected on an account, it may be temporarily suspended pending investigation. Valid withdrawal requests will be processed once the investigation is concluded.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

While using the unibet platform, you are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Any form of fraudulent activity, manipulation, use of bots, or automated software on the platform is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and legal action may be taken.

You must maintain respectful conduct when communicating with other users. Sending harassing, obscene, or hateful messages is strictly prohibited. Exploiting any technical glitch or bug on the platform to gain an unfair advantage is a violation of these Terms.

Gaming activity is strictly for personal entertainment purposes only. Betting for commercial purposes, as part of a professional syndicate, or on behalf of another person is prohibited. No part of the platform may be redistributed, scraped, or used commercially without express permission from unibet.

4. Payment & Transaction Information

All transactions on unibet are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳). We support a range of popular payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. When making a deposit, you must use a payment account registered in your own name — payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the platform and are subject to change. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed — we recommend verifying your identity early to avoid any hold-ups.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Each bonus specifies its own wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period — please read these conditions carefully before claiming any bonus. Failure to meet the requirements may result in the bonus balance being forfeited.

If you experience any issues with a transaction or a payment does not arrive, contact our support team immediately and keep your transaction reference number handy. unibet reserves the right to recover any funds credited in error due to a technical fault. All tax obligations arising from winnings are solely the user's responsibility.

5. Limitations of Liability & Account Policy

The unibet platform is provided on an "as is" basis. unibet is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures, server disruptions, third-party service provider issues, or internet connectivity problems. That said, we always strive to maintain maximum uptime and will communicate scheduled maintenance in advance.

Unibet makes no guarantees of winning in betting or gaming. Gaming is an entertainment activity and the risk of financial loss is ever-present. unibet accepts no liability for any financial losses resulting from a user's own decisions. Odds displayed on the platform are subject to change and are considered final once a bet has been placed.

Accounts may be suspended or permanently closed for reasons including: violation of Terms & Conditions, fraudulent or deceptive activity, operating multiple accounts, bonus abuse, suspected money laundering, or instructions from regulatory authorities. We will generally notify the user by email before closing an account; however, in cases of serious violation, action may be taken without prior notice.

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any outstanding balance before the account is closed; however, bonus funds may be forfeited. Accounts under voluntary self-exclusion cannot be reactivated before the designated period has elapsed.

6. Intellectual Property, Third Parties & Governing Law

All content on the unibet platform — including logos, designs, graphics, software, text, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of unibet. Copying, distributing, modifying, or commercially using any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. A limited licence is granted for personal, non-commercial viewing and use of the information only.

Our platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. unibet is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any external sites or services. We encourage users to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services before using them. Any transactions or interactions you have with third parties are entirely at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh. Before raising a formal dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mutual discussion. If no resolution is reached, the matter may be referred to the appropriate courts in Bangladesh.
